Hard to come by drivers side tweeter cover on eBay
I don't need this part but they are brittle as they age and I know others have looked for them. This one is dirt cheap. No skin in the game, just a PSA

The cover is a dreadful design not helped by poor quality material.
This is the RH cover on my XK. It's a one owner vehicle exclusively serviced by the supplying Jaguar Dealership and there's nothing in the service history to suggest the cover or door card had previously been removed. When I took it off to replace a broken outer door handle, this is what I found.
The two fixings arrowed in green were OK but the one arrowed in red is missing the top piece. I definitely did not break it during removal. The metal clip, with the broken piece of plastic, was lying inside the door casing.
Everything is designed for ease and speed of assembly. I suspect the tweeter assembly is given a sharp thump to fit it on the production line and this could easily damage one or more of the fixings. As two out of three appear to hold it securely in place, final inspection wouldn't reveal an issue.
