Yep as Jochem00 said but I took the nose off as well to assist access
1, Disconnect battery
2, Raise car, I removed the wheels
3, Remove sump cover and front tray
4, Remove inner arch front bolts so you can access the nose retaining bolts
5, Disconnect lights, front sensor cables and headlamp washer hoses
6, Remove headlamps (I believe some leave them in place)
7, Remove nose
8, Remove air filter trumpets (To assist you may have to loosen the cross brace to assist)
9, Remove lower hose (Drains coolant) and cables on S/C pump and remove pump to access rad mounting bolt
10, Undo the upper and lower A/C tube/hose fitting
11, Undo 2 x radiator retaining bolts and slide condenser out.
12, Fitting a reverse, refill coolant and bleed at reservoir and also S/C
13, About 5 hours work in total split over a couple of days while I waited for the new part
Admittedly I took the long way but I wanted to check all connections, rustproof and waxoyl steel work plus I wanted to change the inner arch and under tray bolts for stainless and of course copper slip other bolts.
Cheers

Thanks for the replies. I did the job before the replies came in and it wasn't too bad. Jacked up the car, did not take off the nose, was able to remove and replace it without removing or even disconnecting the other 3 radiators.
Access wasn't great but it was manageable. It took me about an hour to get it out and maybe 30 minutes to get the new one in. I imagine the second time around would be faster.
The new part did not come with the O-rings so I had to stop mid-job to run to the parts store. If you do this job, be sure to have the new O-rings before you start. They are two different sizes.
I was not sure if it was an O ring, hose or the condenser prior to removal but the dye on the base pointed towards the condenser and to double check I pressure tested the unit, tiny pin hole leak. I guess it could be repaired and I might braze it and test so I have a spare.
All the best from across the pond

I did think that all Rs have a supercharger (this is my 4th Jag) but wasn't sure and was in a hurry so I didn't look it up. I mentioned the supercharger because I thought one of the radiators might have been for the supercharger (also didn't look that up) and therefore the task might be a little different for an R.
