GordocatCar,
A similar suedecloth, commonly known as Passion Suede, is available in approximately 100 colors, and is very inexpensive (well under $10.00/running yard-60" width). I have used thousands of yards of it over the years for client's decorating needs. If you need a sample, I can clip from my sample books, and can get you any color you could imagine. Wholesale it's about $5-6/yd depending on source.

For my personal tastes, "two colors" just doesn't look correct for me. I had a very hard time repairing mine, and ending up using the original material for everything, which ended up working ok, (not perfect) but everything matches well. Even the sunvisors were done (which most installers stay away from). Next time around (if I'm still alive) I'll change the color to a dark one and do everything all over again without the foam.. Yes, the foam does screw things over as it does fall apart eventually. I'd advise against using foam but instead a superior thicker material that stretches glued directly to the headliner and trim pieces. Change "everything" including all 6 trim pieces as well as the headliner. Everything eventually sags with the foam, but eliminating the foam is the best way to go. Call Tberg
