Hmm, well the workshop manual could be helpful assuming @Khan is a DIYer.
The first question I would ask is are there any DTC codes? To do that you need a simple OBDII code reader. You want one that will read body codes and chassis codes, not just engine codes. I recommend this one
Your going to want to start with DTC codes - depending on where that leads you,
Then manual check (you've done that)
Then test short circuit to ground
Then do a circuit continuity test
Test power consumption
Test Resistance
All those tests are in the workshop manual as Stuart guided you to, but you start with Trouble codes so you need a proper tool.
