How is their reputation?
I haven't heard of Harper but the local Jag dealer is useless, they tried to charge me $60 to "install" a power steering cap and refuse to give me a quote without looking at the car even when I tell them what needs to be replaced. I'm having trouble getting a response from eurofix and eurwerks.

To be fair to the dealer, If you suggest what needs to be replaced and they discover a different requirement…
Couple that with if they perform the work and 2 days later the work you wanted done was not the work that should have been done…
and the car is now “over-heated”…

Did you allow the dealer to do an inspection in order to compose the quote? By sending the car in for an oil change you may get back a list of things that need attention. And I’m sure they will prioritize it for you.

That's a good idea. I'm due for an oil change.
