Hmmm, so I’m running a little rich... color of the exhaust pipes would confirm this. But is there any grave side effect to this?

Our cars aready run rich WOT from factory , you could be making this issue even worse, but the really the scary part if it's making it leaner at mid loads when torque comes in. Our cars tuning from factory is borderline lean at mid loads for emissions purposes and very rich at WOT to help cool the engine after running leaner at mid loads. I would put everything back to stock with the 02s, and let me do a proper ECU correction. Might as well get an ECU tune while you're at it , the power gain is pretty amazing!
