How can I hook an Amazon Echo to my 2010 XKR?

Well... it worked the first night I installed it. But I haven't been able to get it to work since then. It shows me the track information of the song I'm playing, but it's continually paused. I press play over and over and over. It briefly changes symbols but then immediately goes back to the play button.
I'm going to fiddle with it some more today. In my garage. I'm sure it will be easier to troubleshoot in the garage than in stop and go traffic, as I've been doing.

"In order for the CarPro to communicate with the Jaguar entertainment system, there must be at least 1 song downloaded and saved to your phone."
