Default Just had my wheels powder coated

These rims were originally two tone silver gray which I was not a fan of. They were loaded with curb rash and one wheel had very heavy scraping on it. If you're lucky enough to live in the Connecticut area I had these done for an extremely reasonable price. They sandblasted them ground out all of the curb rash,

sandblasted the whole Rim inside and out, behind spokes powder coated and clear-coated 300 bucks for all four such a deal for sure and no sales tax!

Before I put my newly refurbished Selena wheels back on my car, I ceramic coated them to facilitate brake dust removal. This was around 2 years ago and they still look great.

You may want to do it, too.

Agreed, wash your wheels, use ferrous remover, wash them and air dry and then apply some C5 wheel armour.

Two years later brake dust still washes off. Although every 6 months I apply some 'reload'

Pretty much the same as here. Keeps my lovely 20 inch Sentas looking, well, lovely.

I recently had the dealership ceramic coat the calipers and wheels on my Rapide. Yesterday was the first wash since I had them coated and was easier to wash for sure. The car has a 20 spoke pattern and was a bear to clean. So far so good. Plan on coating my wife's XC60's wheels. They're mostly black and pain to clean.

You should teach your wife how to clean her own wheels and ... ... uh, ... maybe not such a good idea.

Hey Marty, Do you use this one for the Ferrous remover or another one? Just wondered because it would be nice to have clean wheels.

First of all it's Marky, as in Mark...Marty is a wee bit too American for me, would prefer Troy or even Brad!

I use Dodo Juice Ferrous Deuller as my product of choice, but they all do more or less the same job

Amazon Amazon

I think a 1l bottle has lasted me 4yrs

Just a heads up Marky, autocorrect sometimes changes your name to Marty when I type it so it could have been that.

Opps, sorry about that Marky. It also could have been my impeccable typing skills.
