How did you confirm a coolant leak? With the system full, and bled properly, you should still get sufficient cooling, even if there is an undetectable leak..
Other things to consider:
refill and bleed the system correctly?
correct (orange) coolant, and enough of it?
thermostat installed backward?
rag left stuffed in a hose? (my worst fear)
sometime the hose clamps can rip and damage the hoses when they are installed/removed
all hoses secured and installed correctly?

At any rate, I let it cool completely, level in reservoir was fine, topped up at supercharger fill point. Coolant level had dropped. Adding coolant to this port seemed to increase level in reservoir. I continued to fill until supercharger port would take no more, about halfway down the threads, then pulled a bit out of reservoir as it was nearly overflowing.
I am using pink coolant as that is what i drained out.
Hopefully no rag or any such thing left anywhere lol I can confirm everywhere I've touched seems to get hot and have pressure. T Stat is operating as well, as one side remains 'cool' while the other hot. After about 10 min, t Stat opens, both sides hot.
As of this writing, temp at 210*F and rising. Running for ~10 min.
Heat is off, no discernable leaks this time.

That is my fear. Even tho I replaced nearly all hoses, maybe the #11 was damage or faulty when shipped? Would be a really bad day of charger had to come back off to get to that one.

Another update:
Very hot day here, not helping.
Let the car run to 241*F, got hi temp warning, shut it down..
Slightly better news, no leaks this time so far. Heat was off this time. Maybe what I saw last go round was in fact condensation. A bit of relief.
So I'm now leaning towards air bubble in system. When it cools, I'll drain and refill as per manual again. Maybe missed something first two go rounds. Did notice level in reservoir drop significantly. Will check levels again when cool.

Final update.....hopefully:
So gkubrak called it. Thermostat was backwards 😅😅. I'll excuse myself now to the Corner of Shame lol
So when I checked it previously, I just touched the cold side of the t-stat housing, it was hot, really hot actually, so I figured t-stat had opened. I didn't actually reach down to grab lower rad hose and that was my mistake. All good now though.
Also, I did have a leak, the hose elbow from t-stat housing to block wasn't seated correctly nor clamped fully. Easy enough fix once I found it.
I did also confirm that the leaks in video, were in fact just condensation.
I reversed t-stat, filled/bled system according to manual instructions and went for a 1+ hour drive in stop-and-go as well as some freeway cruising. ECT never got over 199*F.
So, for now, all is well! We'll except blower motor now making a terrible racket lol
Indicated ECT via reader after nice long cruise.
Soon as the sun comes back out, going cruising again!!
Thanks to all for help, advice, suggestions and pointing me in the right direction in getting this done.

Kind of eager to get it back to the track, curious to see if any significant difference in ET or trap speed with the pulley and intercooler pump.
