I'm not sure if Dynamix, a UK company, is still in business. If not, then search the internet for other companies that make factory-matched, water based auto leather dye that you apply with a small sponge, not a spray can.

When I first got my 2010 XFS with Barley leather interior (your looks like it might be Barley as well) the driver's seat was filthy with years of inground grime, dirt and sweat.
I attacked it with Meguiar's Gold Class Leather and Vinyl Cleaner and some MF cloths and it came up looking almost like new. You should have seen the amount of crud that came off onto those cloths!
I can't find that particular product any more, maybe it has been replaced with this one: https://www.ebay.com/itm/Meguiars-G1...4AAOSwz8Vd8~5J
I suspect it's the same gear just renamed.
I have used Gliptone Liquid Leather on those Barley Seats and on the Ivory seats in my XFR and while not bad I found a much better water based leather dye for the red seats in my F-Type - Seat Doctors. It's the best I have ever used, perfect colour match, piece of cake to use and lasts for ages, see here: https://www.seatdoctors.com

George05,
That's the trick I've been using on my two XKRs for about 20 years. After I put it on and while it's still wet, I sort of massage it in so that the black blends better with the "warm charcoal."

On black leather on 3 cars I've used a permanent black marker to cover scuffs (no longer an issue now my kids are older) and black shoe polish...always comes up a treat, but remember to rub and buff it well...and also wear black trousers/tops for a week for that final polishing.

Black is sooooo much easier and cheaper to care for
