I bought a similar pair of leds(the long one's) a little more the a year ago but when I tested them in daylight they were way to dim IMO. That's why he filmed it inside the garage, in the sun they would hardly be vissible.:-) I would like something like that on my car but it has to look and shine more factory like.

I had to tell two different people to turn the lights on at night or in a darkened garage to see the coverage gap in the beams which clearly showed one light not fully actuating.
On the subject at hand, I think these look pretty cool. Definitely a potential way to breathe a bit more life and modernity into the cars. The rear halo lights on Takuya_XKR's car from Japan look very striking, and these follow a similar anesthetic.

You can't see the regular HID lights on during the day, either. I mean, you can tell they're on, barely, in the right overcast sky. It was a major point of contention with the local Jaguar dealership for me when my adaptive headlights failed to adjust, and they tried to demonstrate the issue by turning the lights on during the day, in the parking lot, and saying they couldn't tell that there was an issue. 🤦♂️

However if I had your car, I would be putting the halos on the fog lights, also very easy to do.
Here is a bad example. Just look for projector lens shourd drl. They make them with switchback too.
