Left window down - rain

Unfortunately, you're right in the middle of the rainy season in South Florida so my suggestion might not be feasible. Before spending $$$ to replace the door switches/motor, etc., I suggest you ask Mother Nature for help to dry them out. You might get lucky if you leave your car outdoors on a hot, sunny day and see if that helps. Or, if you keep your car in a garage, you might try putting a 100 Watt light bulb under the door to heat it up somewhat together with a space heater (used safely) and hair dryer and try to dry out the switches. I'd try drying it out for 3-4 days before biting the bullet and replacing the switches.
Rain is fresh water, so you don't have the problems left by salt water.
As an aside, a couple of years ago my wife accidentally dropped her cell phone in the toilet (really!). Fortunately, it was after she flushed it. I was able to resurrect her wet phone with a hair dryer.
Good luck, and let us know what happens.

****, that sucks.
Dry everything out real good. You may have a fuse blow, but you shouldn't have to much more to worry about--I hope. It wasn't salt water so you will not have any long term damage.
If you have access to a garage, leave it in the garage with a couple of large industrial fans on. The more air circulating the quicker things will dry out. It's best to not even try to use any of the electrical components effected until completely dried. However, it sounds like you've tested everything. Dry it out good and if something doesn't work check your fuses. If the water got on any circuit boards or small motors and you energised them they could be toast. Good luck.

Problem Solved Itself After Drying Out
Thanks Guys. It worked so far.
Yesterday I left car outside with passenger window down until about 3PM. I then started to get some intermittent movement of window and mirrors. Weird thing was that mirrors wouldn't adjust but kept folding when I tried to adjust the driver's mirror.
I then moved it into the garage to avoid another afternoon monsoon and put a fan on the passenger seat pointed at the driver's door. I went out and checked it around 9PM and window and mirrors seemed to be working but I felt the carpet was still a bit damp so I didn't play with them and left the fan on overnight.
I went out this morning and everything was dry. Window is working fine now and I was able to adjust both mirrors without the folding problem. I am going to leave the fan on for a few more hours just in case.
Keeping my fingers crossed!
Jack

You might try buying a product called Damp Rid and just putting a container of it in your car with the windows up for a couple weeks.
Moisture Control, Odor Control & Fresher Indoor Air | DampRid
Should be able to get this at any grocery store.
