Default A little help please...identifying a coolant hose...

I am having a time trying to figure out which hose this is. I think it is the hose for the return from the heater core to the motor. I notice some coolant landing on the motor and after inspection, it is either the hose (yellow arrow), clamp or the part it attaches to (red arrow.) I have checked a few of the diagrams from online sellers, but cannot seem to locate what I need.

Car is a 2012, NA (no supercharger) coupe. This would be the 5 liter.

If anyone has a schematic from the manual, I suppose that would be helpful too. Thanks in advance.

Found it! Looks like a simple hose swap.

None of those numbers on the hose are a JLR P/N. That would be far too simple for a vehicle manufacturer.

If it is the heater inlet or outlet hose, here's the relevant extract from JEPC.

Thank you, Graham. This is superhelpful.

Curious, if I signed up for a day's worth of download from JLR, would I get the above schematics? Or, do I need a longer license?

BTW, the part is #2 above.

I have an old offline copy of JEPC which is the source of the above graphic but I think JLR must have clamped down on the pirate suppliers because I haven't seen one advertised for a long time.

When I bought one day's time on TOPIx to download my F-PACE Workshop Manual as 'single model', I couldn't access the Catalogue. You would need to subscribe for ALL MODELS to get access to the Parts Catalogue and that's expensive by the day.

However, when you know a P/N, you can find the associated schematic freely available on JLR website:

I find this useful for checking availability and price.

Just tried out our two vendors for pricing and availability. Glad to see we have that page...and am happy to send business their way.
