I have seen replacement cases online, but this would defeat the purpose of having the emergency key in my pocket and the FOB locked in the car or with my wife. The Jag is on recreational duty and most of the time the FOB is on the console with the windows down in the garage. So, FOB is not carried on a day-to-day basis.

Not sure if you have seen the AAA guys in action, but the rod they use could easily reach and pull opposite side handle. It has been done on similar setups when battery is dead and security lock buttons are in the locked position. The interior door handle is used to pop open door. Not sure I like the wedging actuon on door and window, but this is the route I would go if absolutely stuck. To me, drilling body, smashing windows, etc is much more invasive.
