Hi guys, I decided I want the XK to growl a bit more and I want to fit an XKR backbox. I tried looking for one on ebay and getting quotes on breaker link with no luck. So if anyone has one for sale (4.2) please let me know. I'm located near Guildford. Thanks

Also, you can use the backbox from a 5.0 XKR as well. A muffler shop can modify the input pipes to fit the 4.2L XK.

 

You could also try gutting your existing backbox

 

Ah, but the quad tips look so much better, IMO.

To the OP: remember you need to change the lower valence (Jaguar calls it the ‘lower extension’) too, if you go with an XKR backbox.
