Magnaflow Performance Polished High-Flow Catalytic Converters - JEGS
Magnaflow is kind of the standard. Anything "better" is going to be niche and significantly more money.

The 02 sensor after the Cat would be eliminated or a dummy plug put in to keep the CEL light off. You WILL smell gas if you remove the Cats... I did this in my last car which was far more sports car oriented than the GT/luxury Jag.
I don't have a model number... but high flow cats will make a bigger difference to performance than an exhaust since they will by far free up more airflow. In the car industry it's taboo; and even illegal in some states, to modify working cats.
