Lugnuts and exhaust note question

Lugnuts and exhaust note question
I have the OE lugnuts on my 20" Senta whels. It has the aluminum cap that is coming loose. So the dealer quoted mt $25 per nut to replace 13 of the 20.
Can someone tell me what kind of cheaper lugnuts will work with those wheels?
Other Question:
I notice a kind of quiet "yowl" coming from the back of the car at freeway speeds. It's definitely an exhaust note. it audibly fluctuates with slight throttle input or lift. Has anybody else noticed this? Is it the "drone" some people talk about?
-Thanks

As for the drone I too seem to have it at 47-48 mph. I hear it more with the top up but can hear it a little with the top down. If I set the CC at 47 mph on the flat it is a straight drone sound but goes away at 50mph. I am still on the OEM Dunlop tires and don't know if it is exhaust or tires or something else.

My car has an odd 'thrum' when accelerating hard-ish at motorway speeds. Sort of a 'wub-wub-wub' that gets faster and higher pitched as speed builds - but only while I have the throttle significantly open. There's no continuous note or drone - my exhaust is the PAE x-over type, so not the normal XKR an therefore not really representative.
