Hi my cars entertainment and warning detecters ect have lost there sound,
i am told it is y ampliefier that has failed has any one had the same fault nd what was the repair out come amps are 1k+ need to be sure before i buy one.

No used replacement amps are not $1k. The link in post 2 is for an F-Type but the concept for troubleshooting is the same.
