Not sure where you are located, but a google search for that part brought up numerous hits for online purchase from local dealers. Not sure if the inventory is accurate, but might be worth a look on your own if in the US.

Gents. I finally received the C2P22599 part from a supplier in the US. We checked the vin number and matched the fitment. The part I received is similar to the one with the red circle and has a whole in the middle. The one on my car is slightly different similar to the one on the other photo. They both have the same part number. I checked with the supplier and he said it should be the same as probably the manufacturer process changed over the years. I check some time ago with a seller on Ebay and I was told that 2007 to 2011 fender and mounting extension are the same and Jag changed both mounting extension and fender from 2012 onwards. 2007 to 2011 extension has a different part number. The one I purchased says it valid fro.2012 to 2015 (mine is 2013 B49329) Does anyone know if it would still fit even thoughit looks different? I would have expected Jaguar to change the part number if they have indeed changed the design. Thank you..

I can’t say specifically for this part, but for others the part number changes if the supplier changes, probably so they can track issues back to whoever made the part.
