I am quite excited to see how the new tires developed on the Vette work out. They are supposed to be like summer tires, but offer an extended temperature range so they are almost all season tires. I can give up a little performance if it offer me an extra month or two before switching to winter's or not mounting winter wheels at all.
I wasn't trying to turn this into a C8 post as we are all X150 fans. If you guys want me to post my build sheet info I'll do it but I don't want to detract from this forms intentions. Just let me know and I'll add info to this thread. Thanks

I can't list all of the features as it would take up a lot of space. There are 3 basic packages , 1LT , 2LT and 3LT. The 1LT is the base car at $60K with the 2LT as the up appointed chassis while the 3LT is the competition version. I went with the 2LT package in Torch Red with Natural leather GT2 seats and trim. I also bought the convertible which is a $7K add. For those really interested you should look at the Z51 performance package which I also ordered. This package has a load of options both performance related as well as cosmetic appointments. It also has the 14 speaker 650W audio system. Package also has the magnetic selective ride , larger brakes and special summer performance tires. I also got the front lift option as well as the performance exhaust. There are all kinds of the newer safety gadgets as well as camera systems. I have been going to youtube and reviewing the C8 videos which there are a lot and am amazed on all of the creature features which the driver can set up for the various driving modes. It's going to be fun and a challenge just to set up the car for my driving style. If you have some time watch some of these videos and it is pretty impressive at least to me. You can see some copying of the super car types like Ferrari and others. Although the coupe has a removal mid top I went for the convertible. The convert with the top up looks almost like the coupe. The down side with the convert is the engine is covered where as the coupe has a glass viewing section similar to Ferrari. I like that but I want the convertible more. You can also look at the latest C8 configurator which lists all of the standard and optional features.
