Thanks, Q&C. I'm still waiting for the OP to respond to my Post #8, above, in which I stated: "Please read my post again and explain to me exactly what I wrote that was offensive to you. Your attack on me is unfounded." No response tells me that I would be wasting my time to be condescending to someone who doesn't get it.
Yes, you're right - he is the pilgrim who is leading the charge to show us the way. LMAO! His problems so far tell me that those 200 cell cats are the wrong way! They'll work, eventually, given enough of his time and his money.
So now I’m a fool? I’m not going to get in a pissing match with you. We have a difference of opinion and I’ll leave it at that.

So now I’m a fool? But you are not condescending right? You offer no suggestions just that I’m doing it wrong and it won’t work (200 cell cats). I know this is an online forum, what a way to welcome new members. We just have a difference of opinions, I’ll leave it at that.
Update... ECU tune done! Car is performing better then expected. Increased torque/power across powerband. CEL still one due to O2 sensor placement. Will have them moved directly unto rear of CAT instead of 1-2 inches downstream of CAT. Finicky Computer is reading Low Voltage. Will update progress. Big thanks to AlexJag for the tune.
From what I read and understand the 139 and 159 codes were sign of the sensors themselves failing and not cycling quick enough. It wasn't necessarily a tune issue, just the way the sensor was supposed to cycle between high and low readings X number of times within Y number of seconds. Mine went away once I replaced it.

I had my muffler guy reposition the Dow stream O2 sensor directly on the CAT. The CEL has gone away. This car has less the 18k miles on it. I got the codes when I switched to the Hi Flo cats. For what ever reason the ECU did not like the position of the downstream sensor(2-3 inches from CAT).

Good to hear, just as was suspected ! Cel light for high flow cats is taken car of in the tune so you should not get anything pooping up now . Enjoy the new added power 👍!!!
