I had my dashcam installed and (unlike yours) it's totally invisible from the drivers seat (RHD), weirdly I've not had the silly antics of other drivers since fitting

I also converted my old X100 to LPG back in 2004 and ran it for over 100k miles/14 years without issue, also a Prinz system, 76l tank 60l fill, over here in the UK LPG is circa 50% of the price of unleaded, after all that's what they burn off at oil fields so there is a glut of it. No loss of boot space although did without the spare and toolkit.

Good luck!

The LPG conversion is now finished, last Thursday I picked up the car.
They had some delay because the dreaded "hood not latched" error came up and the rear windows did not close.
But that's solved. The car drives well, I feel no differences compared to gasoline. Yesterday though I had codes P0171 and P0174
came up (bank 1 and 2 too lean), so now I'm monitoring the fuel trims through torque. Probably they have to finetune something.

Some pictures:

Trunk, with raised plateau

Trunk with LPG-tank exposed

Fuel filler location. To be able to fill, an extension has to be screwed onto it, something like this.

Location of the LPG switch button

The engine bay, nothing much to see here.

Just visible, the LPG injector rail

Some kind of shut-off valve

These people apparently do systems for Direct Injection engines:

https://landirenzo.com/en/omegas-dir...ion-lpg-system

I saw LPG here for £0.47ppl today which works out about £2.10 per gallon or $2.5USD, although as stateside (IIRC) gallon is 17% so $2.09USD

Here unleaded regular is £1.02ppl so less than half price, albeit you lose about 15% due to it's higher calorific value.

In the UK lpg filling stations will not allow you to use adaptors, so I went for a towbar fill on my old car, meant I could pull up either side of the pump, as seen in pic below.

You really should have the LPG bit of this thread cut and start a new specific 4.2 on LPG one, as anyone searching won't immediately see it

Hello MarkyUK
The link you provided leads to a PDF from where I can see this system uses it's own injectors, converting it to a "non-direct injection system".
The PDF also talks about a "feasibility list" but I can't find that list anywhere.
When I was searching for an X150, first I wanted a 5.0 facelift, but my LPG company said there are no LPG systems for this particular car ...
p.s. I 'm not sure if the mods like to see a new thread with the same info in it.

EDIT found a list:

The install on my old car looked the same in the boot department, what I chose to do was to buy a cheap rubber boot liner to cover the tank, this meant minimal loss of boot space.

I notice in the link above that the largest engine they have a system for is the 3.2V6 Audi, which is a shame.

When I converted mine in 2005 I was doing high annual mileage 24-36k miles per annum) sadly am not doing that now with perhaps 5k miles per annum in the Jag, so even if a system were available I'd not be converting mine as it simply wouldn't pay to do so
