Thank you all for your input. I read every email and took note of all the comments and so appreciate your knowledge likely many things that you have experienced as a avid Jaguar owner. I, too, think the price is quite high. It does appear to be like a brand new car exterior and interior. And as well, it's a model that I believe will hold it's value and be an envy as time goes on. There were a few who also felt that way about a 2007. I owned a 1966 Porche 912, that was totaled by t-bone hit. The car's value is quite high and I miss that one so much, I owned for over 20 years. I also had a 1960 MGB, my first car as a teen. My EX sold it for pennies on the dollar without my knowledge. UGH
So the Jag 2007 was inspected yesterday by OC Euro with only 3 findings recommended for repair and or replace. Back tires with only 30 % more usage, recommended 2 new back tires. Antenna loosened, making noise and recommended replacement. Tie rods and boot cracking rubber (he actually felt it was not a safety issue and didn't need replacement-however, I felt it should be replaced for preventative purposes).
Otherwise felt it was in excellent condition, no leaks. I wanted to hear more about details, but the report will have to do for today until I see if the dealer will accept and repair the findings. I think OC Euro may be thinking in respect to safety on this inspection, but I wanted also to be sure that belts and other things that may be corroded for lack of use, given only 15,000 miles. There was a comment regarding that aspect of such low mileage and aged parts not being used, which I followed and addressed. Though he felt there were no issues on that account.
Again, I thank and appreciate all your previous comments and suggestions and any further advice is welcomed.

Ok... I'm getting interested.....If these 2007 Low mileage XKs are getting crazy money in this crazy market... Is it feasible for my 2010 XK with 13,000 miles to get a crazy price as well? if so... I might very well be game. If today's wholesale prices are yesterday's retail prices... It might be a consideration...I think I'm taking a ride to my local Car Max this weekend or next week. Nothing to lose.

. I quite like my ‘07 XKR. (Coincidentally, so do the masses, everywhere I go.)
That’s the reason I keep it. And I cannot find a suitable replacement.
As for the antennae, it has a classic/retro look about it; which is why I’ve kept it. And it has never given me grief.
Neither have the duckbill, dashboard, lights, transmission, differential…. And as some have eluded, keep your battery in full charged state. And at the moment of reduced capacity, don’t fret, don’t play with it, don’t waste your time recharging it. Just get it replaced.

Seriously to the OP, the car is overpriced without a doubt but the bottom line is what it's worth to you. It's only money and it's your money, your decision. If you buy it, I hope you come to like it as much as we like ours.

Welcome to forum! There's a lot of good info and advice here. I'm still fairly new myself, having bought my 2008 XKR Portfolio Coupé only about 8 months ago I think.
You'll love the XKR! I test drove both 2007 and 2011 XKR ragtops as well as my own XKR before deciding on mine.
Echoing others here, and sounds like you are already on it, but having it checked for a clean bill of health is a smart move, as with any vehicle purchase. Browse the forums a bit and you can find common issues with these cars and their diagnoses as well as fixes. Have them check for such things. Having just finished up the 'valley hose' mess, can't recommend this enough. If you can have some of these things rectified before taking delivery, or more importantly, before they occur later on.
Price is steep sure, but if the car makes your heart skip a beat when you look back at it after parking and gives you 'the fizz' while driving it, it'll be worth it. Besides used car prices are high now and a couple of the X150 for sale here locally are mid 20s even with much higher mileage than your own.

Considering the steep price surely the selling dealer will address any items which may need attention. Failed rubber bits is common on these more due to age than use. I’d also ask for some sort of warranty, even if only for a short time, should something fail after you “drive it off the lot”.
