New RS owner here
Hey all, just wanted to introduce myself. Just picked up this gorgeous 2014 XKR-S with barely 16k on the odo. I have been stalking one of these for years and finally the "right" one and the "right" time came together and the rest is history... I am looking forward to learning all about this beast and putting some mileage on her in the twisties in the North GA mountains..
I am looking to get involved in ANY and ALL rallies, car shows, get together's etc...that you may know about in the southeast.
Enough talk, here are some pics of my new beauty...enjoy!
Cheers..

Hey Stiggy,
Congrats on yours as well. I read all your posts about how you didn't like the car at first but now its growing on you. I come from the BMW world myself and it is a totally different feel I agree but in a GREAT way. I love how tight the suspension feels and how the car just wants you to push it more and more. Plus the looks are out of this world.
I have a buddy with a M3 competition and we are heading to the mountains in a couple of weeks to put the cars through their paces...can't wait to see how it stacks up to that car.
His is a 2018 so it is a inline 6 twin turbo.
. Enjoy your RS, I know I will enjoy mine...

Yes, she's definitely grown on me and all she had to do some show off those long legs of hers. The thrust deep in speeds where my BMW was gassing out is very addictive.
Have fun with yours!

Congrats on a stunning car, welcome to the fold..
So I recently moved from Merietta/ATL area back to home state of FL. I enjoy my car in FL, but LOVED it in GA...
Taking her up to Helen or around Dawsonville, OH so fun..best overall ride I've had it from Chattanooga to Helen, back roads.. you can get the best version of it by going Dahloega 19 North to 180, then 348 South or southwest...(whichever it really is ha) to Helen, then for me it was 116 south back to 19 back to Merietta.
You take that route and trust me, you will thank me for you.
Happy driving,
Pete
