When I purchased my '09 XKR one of many things missing were the books and manuals packet. Thank goodness for the "sticky" on the X150 forum "How to" / DIY Repair & Maintenance ". Paragraph 6 of this "sticky" indicates that replacement manuals are available at jaguarlandroverliterature.com/jaguar/literature/replacements so I decided to give them a try especially after seeing the prices for "used" manuals of suspect condition here in the US. These are produced by a firm in the UK and I could not be happier with what I received. From the leather holder to all of the books, the quality is first rate. The booklets may be purchased individually or as a complete set at a slightly lower price. Price btw was $154 US plus shipping from the London area. Used ( and I mean VERY used) books on EBAY were pricing from $160 to over $200. For those of you with an eye for detail, you will notice that the graphic on the owners manual is not what the oem would have been, but certainly nothing that sours the overall package. Interestingly, however, I unpackaged the books and left them and the leather case lying on a table in the study for a day and when I went back into the room the entire room had the fragrance of a brand new leather sofa. It was great! Thanks for the "sticky" and I can recommend this product.
MoXKR, inspired by your post, I wanted to buy for my 07 XKR, though I have some of it. Got in there, chose Danish (English is fine, but I was impressed all were available in Danish, so why not?). Total price excl vat and shipping €87. Fine. Then I had to register, with my Danish address of course, did so, back to the same page, and now the price for exactly the same product was €132. And still excluding the vat and shipping.
So Jaguar, ripping off the foreigners? Almost double price because I don't live in the UK? This doesn't go well on the goodwill account.
I don't think it is personal, I think they are just using a poor exchange rate.
If I browse the site or register to pay in GBP the price is £87.84 (not €87 so maybe you misread it?). If I register to pay in Euro I get €132 as well and they were both to my address in New Zealand.
Unfortunately they don't let you change the currency to pay with once you have registered so I had to use two different email addresses but the solution seems to be to pay in GBP or try USD and see what exchange rate they use for that.

You're right the first amount was GBP. Still, it equates to €105 only...
When I initially attempted to place my order the system kept showing my address entered twice beneath my name entry. This continued even after I would close out, disconnect and then try again. My concern was that our already confused US Postal Service would go into full shutdown mode, so I called their customer service and made them aware of the glitch. Well, my order arrived as specified and the printed address label showed my name and TWO addresses anyway. If you are running into a site issue I would definitely try calling for clarification of your order specifics.
