Excuse my confusion, but (IIRC) every XKR from circa June 2014 would have been a dynamic with the supersports seats...for the UK market at least.
Yes I know North America is a year behind but this clearly was an early 2014 produced car.
They are clearly hoping to come across someone with more money than sense, as mine was £32k/40k USD with 46k miles 2yrs ago.
I feel sure they'll find their victim though

Yes, their ad lists quite a few things which are standard as though they are extras worth paying a premium for. Either they don't know what they are selling or they are hoping someone doesn't know what they are buying. Either way, the car seems to be significantly overpriced.

Also I've dealt on the phone with the place selling the Jag in my post (Imperial Motors of Lake Bluff, which is basically Chicago). They consider themselves an "XK Superstore". They never come off their price much at all. They actually had a solid XKR I was interested in, a few years back, but we were simply too far apart on price. Their advice: "keep checking back, sometimes we'll drop the price if it doesn't sell." I didn't keep checking back.
In this case I think I'm actually going to "keep checking back," just to see how long it sits.

It's worth what someone at the time is willing to pay to own the experience. These cars are rare, and ones in excellent condition with low mileage are very hard to find. I waited 4 years to find the car I was looking for at a good price in Canada. Ones in excellent condition with highly sought after options are more desirable and will claim a higher price. The advertised car has low mileage and appears to be in good condition, but does is not an XKR-S or a Dynamic-R (performance pack, dynamic pack, black pack) which are more desirable. Clean, well maintained, unmolested examples of the XKR are more valuable. All the best to the seller.

lol-paying $50k for a car these days makes one a 'rich yank'
How many products or services you overpaid for thru the years ?
Besides, if someone buys this car and enjoys it for many years, the purchase price becomes irrelevant.

I would keep looking. Just purchased my 2015 XKR coupe w/ 31K miles in April. Super clean inside and out one owner car. Originally listed by my local Jag dealer for $47,000. They sold it to me for $37,000. Sports & Collector Car Center of Tempe AZ just went thru the car and complimented that both aesthetically and mechanically the car is a 9/10. Keep looking..... Good luck.
