Default 2nd round?

Lately some forum users asked if there will be a 2nd round.

First I want to finish this round successfully, and then I will see.
If there will be a 2nd round, this means that some DIY items I will not release to the public till that 2nd round is finished.
Also will the price go up, since I will source parts not from China any more. Takes too long to arrive.

However ... 1 person may be lucky, I'm able to create one more device, I only have to order an extra ESP32.
The first person who asked is Rahtok, so if he responds here and he still wants it, the 15th device is his. (for the price of the 1st round).

P.s. anyone who can check the XK 5.0 model on used protocol? (see post #159)

Updated [final final] list:

Default first 3 devices can be shipped out

Tomorrow (Sept 09), the first 3 can be shipped out.
I'll send the top 3 people on the list a private message and paypal request.

Of most people I didn't receive yet:
- name + shipping address.
- paypal email address
- type of shipment (I prefer at least with tracking, check post #111)
- type of engine you have (if 5.0, would you like the (beta) extended readout programmed? )

Shipment costs to the UK is €13.00
Shipment costs to the US and Canada is €29.30 (including tracking)

For US and Canada destinations I need additional data (please specify):
- type of article being shipped (gift, documents, trade sample or other)
- goods description ("jaguar ashtray" or "vehicle ashtray" or "car parts" or .....)
- value of the goods (probably needed for import tax, you decide yourself)

The total price arises from the following (still the same as post #65) :
- electronics €18.00
- 3D print €32.00
- ELM327 adapter €26.00 (not for Sam)
- USB car charger and USB cable €6.50
- shipping costs

MarkyUK, you own a 5.0 model. I could program yours with the extended data readout, or not.
The extended data readout is not tested (you'll be the "guinea pig"). If it doesn't work it can be re-flashed to "4.2 spec".
Could you let me know your choice?
This also applies to others with a 5.0 model XK(R).

All 3D prints are or are going to be black painted.
Some results are acceptable,
some are very good,
none are excellent,
and 3 pieces I have to re-paint.

I know I will have mine installed and working (with photos) before you. I just know it

LOL. First to post photo of the device in place is the winner!

When Bob advises he's shipped I'll be 'working from home' for the following 3 days, so unlikely you'll beat me
Plus mine has additional functionality only found on the 5.0

I prefer 'Fold'

NFW Jose! I have 'worked from home' for the past 12 years, so that balances out. Within one minute, I repeat, for the avoidance of doubt, within one minute of Bob's wonderful component arriving, it will be in my car and operational, and within two minutes a photo will be posted in this thread. First to post image wins.

Game on!

LOL

I would like to refer to post #166 for anyone who's on the list and didn't private message me yet.

2 devices are shipped out today, an email with tracking info should have been sent.
JackJohn didn't respond yet.

That wasn't supposed to happen. That post office girl must have done something wrong.
Hopefully Barnsie got his confirmation.
