I agree about the looks of the Miura. My friend Mike restored the car and it is in concours condition. Good point about the "T.J. Maxx" parking! We had the cars out at the Cars and Coffee beforehand and then parked right next to the outdoor seating at our restaurant so the Jag and the Miura were in full view the entire time. The Miura really sounds fabulous...12 cylinder carbs...I imagine much like an XJ 13!
Great photo, interesting approach. Good looking 12+ XKR coupe. Enjoy it.
That is a great photo, but take a closer look at the tail lights, that's a 2007 - 2009 model. Don't see the 'fishing pole', although maybe it doesn't show up in the photo, so best guess would be either 2008 or 2009.
I came to the conclusion that it was a 12 or newer based on the leaper on the boot over the chrome strip. But, you maybe right looking at the tail lamps.
Already posted pics and the story in the new members section but I figure Id post just a couple here. Its a 2007 XK (Rumored to be the XK60 Prototype for the upcoming 2008 XK60 Package at the time). The "R" on back is for fun (cheap Chinese emblem) to mess with a few friends.

Definitely not a 2012 model - the leaper is probably aftermarket as it is leaping from left to right, rather than the normal right to left. Not an XKR either as there are no bonnet vents. An interesting car - great photo! Like to see more of that.
