Traded in my old 4.2 XKR last weekend, now have a silver 5.0 XKR. Haven't taken any shots of the new car yet but here's one of my old one:
EDIT to add - no idea why it appears twice when I submit the post, only see it once when I preview it...

OK, just would have expected it to show twice on the preview as well as the actual post. Thanks for the explanation anyway.
Didn't want to get too in depth as this is a picture thread but as you've asked - really quite different. Lots of upgrades here and there like the brakes, steering, transmission as well as the obvious engine upgrade, all adds up to a significantly better drive. The older car felt like it did a good job of hiding it's mass but if you pushed too hard on a twisty, undulating road then it would start to buck around underneath, a bit like one of those mechanical rodeo bull things. The new car feels less like it's trying to hide it's weight and more like it's just managing it better so in one sense it "feels" heavier (partly due to firmer suspension and more weight in the steering) but at the same time it feels more like a sports car.
The build quality also feels like it's been turned up a notch, and the quality of fit and finish in the cabin is significantly higher also. I'd been expecting essentially the same car only faster and I was OK with that, what I got was so much more than that. Definitely not disappointed.
