That's what I love about botanical green (besides the fact it's super classy ^^): it's kind of a "hidden" green, appearing black under most lighting conditions.
The green tint reveals itself only when the light hits the body "right".

Installed in 2018, how has it aged? Considering doing something similar. Thank you in advance.

[QUOTE=SWCofer;2546134...how has it aged? .[/QUOTE]

I'm only on day two but all great so far. She has aged well. Low mileage at 49k+... and purchased with a bunch of new things (e.g., new tires, new battery, new brakes and rotors...) and they did the 50k check up. Feelin' pleased so far...just worried about the ghosts to come...

Some photos of my XK 2014 5.0 N / A
Fantastic engine and handling in my opinion. 385 horsepower is more than enough for everyday use.
One of the most beautiful cars ever.
Greetings from Poland

HAHAHA... the problem is not the 500 ponies. It's the "incapable" behind the wheel.

It needs 800bhp to tell you the truth.Whoever that guy is need to stick to mustangs or slower cars sense they can't handle cars that are faster and crashing them like mustangs

Just got my 2011 Botanical Green XKR back from some major body repairs and I couldn't be happier, shop did a great job (https://www.brooklynmotorsny.com/) and Hagerty classics insurance took care of the sizeable bill without blinking. Driver's door got hit with a little bit of rear quarter damage. The shop replaced the door, fixed the quarter and painted the left side of the car to match. In addition, I had them touch up the front bumper (including painting/blending the lower lip), repaint the faded hood vents and replace the busted AFS headlights with a perfect-condition pair that I supplied. They also did a fantastic job refitting all the parts and making sure all the panel gaps were perfect, something that wasn't true of the front bumper/headlight/hood fitment beforehand. This car is now way nicer cosmetically than when I bought it, this trip to the body shop fixed some of the "sins" from an accident repair way earlier in the car's life.

Fresh (used) headlights with perfect AFS functionality, all tabs intact and zero fade
