Thanks! The ride is a bit harsher than I'd like but not uncomfortable at all. I drive it daily and can't really complain.

Judging by the Vortex wheels, I assume that's a Dynamic R. Good choice!

Well, I was really after Ultimate Black (goth!), but the 75 was such a great package that I decided I could live with Stratus Grey, the only colour they were made in. As you say, it looks black in many lights. The wheels on the 75 have a dark grey finish, whereas I think yours are black.

Very nice Ralphwg! It seems to me that the full-chrome wheels are very much appreciated in the US.They probably wouldn't like too much the salt they put on the roads here in the UK!

Phil1 - The chromed wheels came with the Portfolio Package. Here in So Cal we don't have to worry about salted roads, on the hand, we do have to worry about frequent and large potholes.

Aw Ralphwg, here we have the salt on the roads (although winters can be categorised as mild I would think) but we have also the potholes.I was looking in my 'Jag book' and it seems to me that your car was sold here in the UK named 'Artisan SE' (somebody, correct me if I am wrong).3 choices of colours:Celestial Black,Polaris White or Rhodium Silver (yours?) with 20inch Orona in a ...polished finish!Plus heated steering wheel,525w sound and perfo seats.
I can also see she is not your first Jaguar, impressive!Enjoy the convertible under the sun!
Cheers!

The unpainted Vortexes (Vortices?) were on the 2008 XKR-S 4.2. On the 75, they painted them 'technical grey':

Phil1 - Thanks for the info. The color is Rhodium Silver. It's a bit hard to get used to after three straight black cats. But, I am making the adjustment.
