lol - I grew up on 85 and 12th... and went to Regina. Out on the island now. Still miss the food and try to get out there every once in a while. I’ll keep and eye out next time I’m in the neighborhood
Well. Its official. Paid too much for it , but I have mine, its the color i wanted and l am never selling.
Picked it up On St Patrick's Day.
2013 XKRS...34K miles. Im the 4th owner.
This car checks all the boxes for me. It invokes the same feelings in me as my 928 does, just in a modern "wrapper". I was born and raised in Coventry and have had relatives that have worked at "The Jag" so there is a lot pride in owning this and maintaining it myself.
Im currently a Porsche 928 owner of 24 yrs and the cars have very similar attributes being V8 GT coupes. Like anything, the learning curve is steep and often expensive and frustrating. I feel like my 928 has prepared me well.....i hope. The forum here has already been a tremendous help.
Ive had a PPI done and In this case it was a Post Purchase Inspection. I was buying it period. Its not perfect...Nothing serious. Tires...brakes...and stuff i was aware of when i first looked at it, but it is a good base for what i want to have this car become for me.
Radiance Red is a beautiful color (just like mine).
Get yourself a remote top and rear window controller from theJagWrangler.com, a rear wind deflector, and you’ll be all set for miles of enjoyment!
(Looks like aftermarket upper and lower grills, and something odd about the middle of the upper grill where the growler would be, but hard to tell from the angle of the picture.)
The growler broke off the grill. I have it but can’t reattach it.

Gratuitous shot of the 928 included.
The Jag will never give you any major problems that's very expensive to fix as long as you keep it in the great shape that you took the pics of it in.That XKR-S is Gorgeous!🔥🔥🔥
Hey Bob we have the exact same car! I do like the look of the front upper/lower grill inserts. Do you have a source?
Thank you John
Hi John. That's the way it was when I purchased it in 2016. I have recently reattached the Growler back to the grill. I will update the photos this week.

The buyer of a new car was provided with free maintenance for three years
In fact there is no difference other than badges with a simple XK. They also gave a nice certificate and thats all. Typical Jag
The cold start and first drive of this model had me sold. Test drove Black 2006 XK, Black 2007 XKR, 2010 Vapour grey XK and then last but not least the 2010 Black 2010 XK that I ended up buying.
Here are the highlights of the first three road trips to France.
looking forward to getting the summer wheels on it with the Tamana wheels. The Caravelle’s are growing on me but I find them too ‘closed’ almost like a wheel cover. To be updated
