Well, if Karen ever were to buy another XKR, I would recommend a later model / last gen. Those are wonderful cars and very refined IMO.

I left a long comment on your post in the comments section. Your comments on your first XKR which I am assuming was an X100, were spot on. It is positively terrifying at speed with curves as opposed to the X150 which is a pleasure to drive at high rates of speed in twisties.

I just saw you long comment. Quite enjoyed reading it. Have a great 1st drive in 1968 Pontiac GTO today.

I do understand, the F40 has been gone for a couple of months and likely not due back now until Oct.

How do you read others' comments on your blogs?

You need to scroll down to the bottom of the page.

I drove the GranSport a bunch and the comments are dead on. Lack of outer arm rests wasn't helping either. Why go through all that great stitching to just use crap material throughout? Fun enough car to drive fast and get on, but awkward around town.

It's like Maserati only road tested it on empty back country roads in Italy.

Must take awhile for them to post, or they need to be moderator approved? As I didn’t see anything yesterday, but your comment is there today. Cool history.

Seems to be the case with every Italian car faster than a Multipla.

Well the Multiple was road tested in an empty parking lot. That was truly the worst car I have ever driven.

My cousin had this one for a while in Switzerland and I liked driving it. Gearing was great for Alpine roads, three in the front is a hoot and windows are huge! His Belgian Malinois would take up the whole rear area!

We might have slightly different driving styles.
