P0108 MAP Sensor Question 2007 XKR

2007 XKR Convertible - Long 400+ mile drive Sunday from Dallas to Oklahoma Hills in a car Rally. Car is used continually, stays in garage overnight and the day was beautiful. Just had the spark plugs replaced. Have 98,000 miles on the car. About a hundred miles from home I stopped , put up the top and got a beverage. When I restarted the car heard a strange high pitched whistle for a few seconds, went away and then a little later the dreaded "check engine light" came on. Made it home, seemed to notice some engine response issues. Checked with the scanner this morning and found the P0106 Code indicating MAP Sensor. I do some of my own maintenance, Brakes, MAF Sensors, Oil Change, Thermostat, Air Filters but I can't seem to identify the MAP sensor in the drawings I have. My best guess is on the right side of the car (drivers view), just below the intake plenum where it meets the supercharger input. I have looked to see if there are any "hoses" disconnected that might make the whistle but everything looks solid. Am I in the right place? Are there hoses I should look at that are not visible from the Top of Engine?
Thanks, GWS

P0106 is not just MAP sensor failure, it can also be an intake leak or a wiring fault (sensor OK, wires disconnected/broken). The air intakes start up at the front, dive down to the filters in front of the wheel arches, then come back up to the rear of the supercharger:

Does the whistle happen all the time, just on startup, or was it just once? If you can get it to repeat, an old-school mechanic's trick is to hold one end of a short plastic hose to your ear and point the other end at various places to localise the sound.

You all may very well be correct about air leak. Jaguar dealership changed spark plugs and did an upgrade on the Belts and tensioners. When I got it back I ran into the "MAF" sensor failure code almost immediately driving home. I had already replaced the MAF sensor on the Left side (B) so I released and reset all of the connections on the air intake moving some of the hose clamps where they would not contact the engine cover and that problem went away. I only heard the whistle once. It has not come back. I reset the error code and so far it has not come back and I have driven another 100 or so miles since reset. Engine seems to respond well now. I will wait an see what happens. At least I know I was correct as to the location of the sensor. Thanks very much for the assistance.
