I put the 3M tape in, but didn't expose the adhesive so I could easily remove them in case I didn't like them. With 4 set screws (2 on each side, top and bottom), they're secure. And they feel so much better to the touch than the OEM plastic paddles. The OEM paddles retain the illuminated +and - so it doesn't matter that the extensions aren't illuminated. A nice touch for under $35.

P.S. I ordered black and am pleased with how they blend with the factory plastic paddles and other black trim. They're very rigid and I was unable to bend them - but I didn't try that hard.

does not ship to Canada...

Not a fan of the extensions, too big for me.

I got the OEM brushed aluminum ones, but paid much less than retail.

They are way overpriced, but I got lucky on a returned pair, no way I'd pay the full whack for them.

I LOVE these. Agree others are too large (at least for me), and dealer price is laugh-out-loud stupid. Where/how did you find a returned set?

Search Amazon and eBay for the identical item - "Jaguar paddle shift extensions". Cost might be higher.

I might be able to help as I have a US package delivery address in New York and was about to order a set for myself. (I've had the XFR for a day and already looking at upgrades LOL)

PM me and let me know if I should order 2 sets.

So safe to assume with the set screws removed and still being stuck that there is 2 sided tape on these. My xkr-s came with them and they are a gold color and look super tacky and rice-ish. Numerous times I have moved my knee and down shifted etc. Just trying to get them off now with out destroying the stock paddle and switch. . Ideas.....

Heat from a hair dryer usually works on double sided tape…

Probably easier to work on if you remove the original paddles (with the stuck on extensions) from the back of the steering wheel (think there’s just a single screw and an electrical connector).
