Default Part number for wheel liner bolts?

There are multiple fasteners used to secure the felt inner wheel liners to the body. I'm having trouble finding the part number for the most common one, with the torx head and no washer.

Does anyone have the correct part number?

Mine look like this:
There's an online site called Terry's Jag that has this part (XR82059), but it's not quite right.

The parts diagram shows an even different fastener, which I have 2 of on each side (C2P3803):

There’s a ‘Fasteners’ thread in the Stickies which you might find useful.

That's where I got the first picture. Unfortunately the question was not resolved in that thread.

Im the last guy to say go to the dealer......but take one off and go to the dealer. I tried looking for it and this thread was the best result on google, same thing with parts catalogs. I assume you are only missing one or two? If you are like me, it would drive me crazy.

You are looking for a Flanged Torx head bolt. These might be them but cant confirm the size without going to Home Depot hahaha.

Welcome to 'The OCD Club' which we will be renaming 'The CDO Club' because.....CDO is in alphabetical order. You are getting off easy, Im replacing the rear skid plate because of a pre existing crack I found while doing the water pump.

I just took one to the Napa and got a package of bolts that matched the thread and length, with a wide head. They are hex-head and work fine. They only downside is that I have to have an extra socket handy to remove the undertray, but is that really a problem?

In the JEPC I find this diagram;

Can you tell me which number your looking for?
I "think" it's number 4 or 5?
#4 - C2P3803. This number matches what you found. So not the correct one either?
#5 - It's called a plastic rivet so I don't think this is the one? XR87606
#6 - Also another plastic rivet? C2C3564
#8 - Called a plastic nut - XR846656 or XR87606 depending you the car's VIN.

I don't see any other bolts?

You have figured out my dilemma. The bolt type I have does not match any available drawings or part numbers.

You probably have already tried but I would just take them to a hardware store and match them up. The don't need to be Torx. Phillips will do.

I can sort of understand when people are driven to have everything concourse, but that certainly isn't me. Super certainly when parts will never be seen. Add more certainly when OEM parts are literally ten-times the price of actually better quality replacements.

I 'split the baby' so to speak. If I need to replace something and aftermarket is better quality, I go aftermarket. Coolant pump is a great example, aftermarket is a two piece pump vs Jags three piece. As far as fasteners....Im with the OP on this one as it makes working on the car easier.

I took my arch liners out to replace the air filters over the holidays, several of these were so tight/rusted that the head just got chewed up by the Torx driver. I had to drill them out. I just replaced them with M5 hex nuts and in some cases, replaced the spring clips with stainless steel ones.

That’s the motto of the main dealer, sadly. Now that I do everything myself, I don’t have that problem. Seriously, missing or mismatched screws and bolts and then try to order from parts.

had the exact same issue with liner screws. Parts told me they were replaced by the 2-piece slotted torx in the OP’s post.
