I believe the performance pack includes performance active exhaust, red brake calipers and diamond-pattern stitching on the seats...

Includes: Soft Grain Leather Seat Trim w/Diamond Sew Stitch, Red Brake Calipers, Jaguar script, Performance Active Exhaust, Jet Suedecloth Sport Steering Wheel, Bright Metallic Pedals, Heated Front Performance Bucket Seats, 16-way power adjustable driver and front passenger seats w/lumbar, forward/rearward, seat cushion tilt, cushion height and adjustable bolsters, fixed headrests, 3-position driver/passenger seat memory, door mounted power seat controls, heated front seat cushion w/3-stage variable settings via touch-screen and R-S logo embossed on front of front seat headrests

My main dealer print off says I have the performance pack but I don't have the R-S logo on the front seats...dunno where they'd put that due to the quilted stitching?

The 2014 US XK Press release says this:

New Performance Pack available on XKR, with diamond pattern stitching on the Performance-style seats; Pack also includes an active exhaust, Suedecloth steering wheel and red brake calipers
