I went with two o these:
https://www.fcpeuro.com/products/bmw...z4-83222282583
There's tons of options out there, Liqui Moly is acceptable, among many others. I've used the DSG fluid, diesel purge and several others products from them in VW/Audi cars, and bought from FCPEuro many times; so I went with them and it's been uneventful since the change 10k ago in my 07 XKR.

Just a note that the first 2014 url (https://www.jaguarforums.com/forum/x...s-list-122939/) in post 1 says that the ATF in the ZFhp26 uses Shell 1374.5 (true) and Dexron III (not true). Most folks know this by now, but don't want newbies to be led astray. There are Shell 1374.5's out there, including ZF's LG6, and a Ford variant, but Dexron III isn't one of them. If someone has a spec sheet from ZF that says Dexron is acceptable, please post it.

Shell Spirax S4 is compliant with M-1375.4. Shell makes M-1375.4. We all know that.
Shell Spirax S4 also meets requirements for Fords requiring Mercon SP type aka, Ford Type D fluid.
Dexron III was compliant with Ford built between 1983 - 1996 where Mercon Performance was called for and specifically should not be used where Dexron® VI, Mercon® V or Mercon® SP are required. Not that hard to google this stuff but maybe there was less info on the inter web back then:-). That info is from Castrol.

Differential, Rear......GL-5
All TEMPS......75W-140
80W-140 Synthetic Long Life Gear Lube
Does Jaguar have a released part number for the 75W-140? I have had two different places recommend either JLM21847 (which looks to be a 75w-140) or C2D3650which is "BOT 720" and is released for almost all older style cars (X100's X300's, 308's, including the F-type.. ) kinda scratching my head what this fluid is.
