Rear windows up with the top DOWN or UP? If the top is down, you need thejagwrangler.com s Top Remote Kit with Windows.
If the top is up and the rear windows are staying down, that's a totally different thing.

Any messages on your dash, e.g. ‘hood not latched’?
Try doing a window reset for both the driver’s and passenger side window (there are complete steps mentioned in various threads here, but basically, while the top is up, hold the window down button until you hear it click, or several seconds after the window is down, then hold the window up button until you hear a click or several seconds after the window is up, repeat for the other window), then open and close your top.

If WhiteXKR doesn't come onto this thread pm him. He is the top/window expert for our cars. He also is the jaguarwarngler.com. The inventor of the one touch top window controller for X150 verts. Also, use the search box at the top tight corner of this page to look for other entries dealing with vert window issues.

Instead of the Forum's Advanced Search function, it's quicker and easier to use Google. In the Google search box enter "Jaguar X150 Forums" followed by the key words that describe what you want to know.

It's Forums, not Forum. The latter is a different Jaguar website.

P.S. Here's the result of Googling "Jaguar X150 Forums convertible rear windows won't go up" :

To finish this thread, and to let you guys know, reprogramming the windows took care of it. I should’ve remembered that as much as I have worked on my top.

Thanks for the help!

Sounds like the cable has come off its wheel. You will have to remove the regulator and have it rebuilt (tip - the glass will have to be all the way to the up position before it can be removed from the body). I sent mine to a place in Florida. They completely rebuilt the regulator with new rollers and a new cable.

Hey G60, the company in Florida:

Window Motor World Inc. 800-252-2649
250 Palm Coast Pkwy. NE
Ste: 607-140
Palm Coast, FL. 32137

With the hurricane, there is no guessing what condition they are in. FWIW, it cost me under $200, but that was in May of 2018.
