Default Replacing Valley pipes, Control Arm bushings

I knew the day was coming sooner or later, and it looks like that day is today. Noticed a bit of steam coming from the hood and a little coolant loss the other day, so I decided to take the car in to a local indy Jag shop with a good reputation and have them do a pressure test. I'm told it's one of the pipes in the valley, so I figure I'll just have them replace all the plastic bits while they've got the SC off. Tech suggested replacing the water pump also, but I told him it was replaced under warranty with the latest iteration about two years ago. Brought the estimate down to about $1700 to replace all the coolant lines. This'll be the first repair item I've had to pay for out of pocket since my extended warranty ran out last November, and I really have no idea what things cost to repair. He suggested replacing the control arm bushings as well and is quoting $325 for those. Does all this sound about right? I still love the car and expect I'll keep it for at least another four years, so I figure I'll just get everything knocked out at one time along with some new tires and an alignment.

$1700 for all coolant pipes sounds reasonable. I replaced the valley pipes, took me a full day. Though I have XKR,can't see if you have? If not R, should be a lot easier.

Had mine done about 3 weeks ago. Noticed I was losing coolant but no spill on the ground, was flooded in the valley. Also had the rear control arm bushings replaced, the squeaking was driving me crazy. And a few little repairs all cost me about $4000 with my indie.
