Resetting Nav and Info system to defaults in an XK

About to sell the '07 XK and was wondering if anyone knows how to delete the Nav settings from the Info system (Home, Favorites, Recent etc.) and also how to erase the garage door opener/ restore to factory default settings.

On the Nav menu click stored locations. I think you have to go one by one and delete them with the Delete softkey (there are 106 max.)

See page 144 in the attachment for erasing the garage door opener memory.
