Hey, that's why you should buy Jaguar--they're reliable!

Jagtoes:

I didn't buy the Z06....could only afford the cheap model. There has been some talk of the Z06 supercharged engines as they have dry sumps for the oil vs the wet sump that will be on my car. The dry sumps appear to be spitting a mixture of oil and water, and there are special catch cans that some are buying to put on the car.

Did you see the video on the yahoo page linked about the Valet?

Here's what I am getting.....should arrive in about 10 days.

That is a damn fine-looking "cheap model"!!

I like the new Vette body a lot, overall, more than I have for several previous versions. Walked around one and enjoyed the experience.

This will be the 1st Corvette I have ever owned. Never really liked the body style until I saw one of these. Up front and personal the C7 looks totally awesome.

I think you get a very good performance car for the $63,000 to $70,000 range.

The new Corvette Z06 can easily run up to $90,000 to $100,000.

I'll post a few more photos once the car arrives, which should be within the next 15 days or sooner.

Last Sunday at Supercar Sunday in Woodland Hills, the owner of the first Z06 sold in Los Angeles came to the show. The Z06 looks considerably different than the normal Corvette. It is wider in the front with a completely different grille, rocker skirts that are much different, and body color for all scoops, vents, etc., very refined and aggressive looking at the same time.
