Default SC Coolant Pump Replacement

I'm replacing the SC coolant pump on my 2008 XKR and have down loaded the shop manual and done a pretty good job searching the forum. I haven't found any direction for removing the lower SC radiator hose. The manual just lists the step as remove the two radiator hoses, but I'm not sure how to release the clamp on the lower hose.

I would appreciate any help or suggestions, I'm a newbie here so if I'm missing something from previous threads I apologize.

The different clamp types and means of releasing them is described at the front of the workshop manual.
Cheers!
