Default SDD problem

Hi i've problem on my Jaguar XKR 2007. I can't use SDD because it can't read my VIN number automatically and when i try manual VIN it say that VIN it's not correct. one month ago i use SDD and it's ok and now i can't use it. I've SDD 158 and VCM jaguar (Ford). The VCM is detect by pc.
The VCM have lignt on, but i don't understand what's the problem.
Is there possible have a problem on odb connector ? I try to use autoenginuity and it can't connect to my car.
Thank's for all.
Marc

Presumably none of the pins in the VCM connector are bent?

Thank you for your answer. I don't know but i've control 12V on pin 16 and 4 or 5 and it's ok.
Today will control CAN BUS but i think it's ok because the car have no problem.
I go to control connector ODB. it's common problem ?

After control i've take tension values on CAN BUS, i've connect the cable on odb connector :

And i control on the connector VCM :

Low CAN/Ground = 2.15 V and High CAN/Ground = 2.70 V
I've control resistance between low and high CAN and i've 62 ohm.
These values are good for me.
I try to use ELM327 and it's impossible connect to ECU.
I don't understand what's the real problem.
Thank's

Other question : if i reset ECU can i have good connexion CAN after ?
Thank's

I've reset with battery negative cable on the battery postitive cable during 5 minutes.
I can read ECU with ELM327 and Torque on the phone but i can't connect VCM or autoenginuity.
I think that ELM327 don't have need protocol to access ECU but VCM or Autoenginuity read protocole and my car don't give the protocole.
Have you idea ?
Marc

Hi i've test my HS (high speed) CAN but i don't test the MS (middle speed) CAN on pin 3 and 11.
And i've the good tension (2.7V on MS CAN + and 2.18V on MS CAN -) BUT i have no resistor !!! i should have 60 ohm and i've infini resistor !!
On the wiring there are two resistors 120 ohm (one in the instrument group and one in the BRA (auxiliary)). I don't thing that the two resistors are OUT. What do you mind about this problem ?
If i've a pin deconnected on the ODB connector i don't have tension non ?

hi i've test MS CAN and it's ok. To have 60 ohms i need deconnect battery.
I've no pin déconnected on the OBD connector.
I don't understand why i can't read my VIN
I've try reset with battery negative on the battery positive and i wait 1/2 hour, wait and see !

Here pins VCM IDS Cable :

Yes exactly IDS v118 is better than SDD. But i don't understand why SDD don't read and don"t connect to my car.

That tells me you have a software glitch in SDD. If it worked before, reload the software or stick with IDS as Xalty suggests.

Thank's for answer.
Yes i think it's a problem with new SDD (159) is not compatible with my old VCM. Before i used SDD 157 and i've no problem.
I've trying to reinstall SDD 157.
And yes i do to use IDS now .
