You devil.
That is the correct color combo for a seaside town up north.
Its stunning! This is the effing car you were concerned about its history, who gives a F. Its gorgeous, I would buy it in any mechanical condition.
You will thank me for this. Coat the wheels with ceramic, its just a wipe on, while they are in that shape. Or just sell me the wheels you are going to bend them in LI anyways in no time.

Yea, being particular, trying to cover as many bases as I can, it is 800 miles away, and never bought a car sight unseen before. The team has been very helpful with all my many requests. As part of the inspection, they agreed to bring the car fully up-to-date, doing a full 6-year/90Kmi. scheduled service (oil change, air filters, pollen and in-seat filters, brake flush, checks and inspections), water pump being replaced (I asked them to check cooling specifically among other things on my list to them. A very small leak found). Last battery replacement 3 weeks ago. Brake pads are at 50%+, balance, alignment, braking good after high speed run by tech.
What else did I forget???? now is the time.
Those 20" wheels around here gonna be tough. The 19"s on my XJ have taken a beating. What does ceramic coating the wheels help with ?

If you worry you will rob yourself of the experience. It will be the same as if you bought a car with 100,000 miles.
when you get I will show you with pics how to do the ceramic.
Its not just the 20" size, its the design and soft alloy. The flat spots always occur in the weakest spot..
Get forged ones, they will fare better.

You are buying it new enough where it should be just crank and go and you have nothing to even think about for 2 years.

- Road Vantage Tire and Wheel coverage due to road hazard or curbed rims – 7 years for $1458.
What do you think based on dealing with these XK/XKRs on 20"s??

So talking about these wheels and tires, the selling dealer is offering following coverage. This looks steep to me:

you can buy your set for $500 on sites like these.
its a numbers game. $1500 in the stock market doubles in 7 years..
that's why they are so eager to assume your risk. they wil even give the dealer $500 commission.
offer them $700, its fair and only then worth it for you.
they want you to believe that they are running a wheel charity, like Steve Wynn likes to make everyone playing his casino rich.
Just buy a forged set when you need it.
