Supercharger Pulley upgrade

I am considering the upgrade. Are there downsides? Additional wear on the supercharger? It appears to be a bit out of my league to do the upgrade myself. The pulleys themselves do not look terribly expensive. What would I expect to pay an independent Jag shop to do this upgrade? I am located in Northern California.
Thank you.
Thank you.

My 2010 XKR which I've owned for 11 years has 211,000 miles on it now. Just after I bought it in 2013, I did the pulley upgrade as well as added a Eurocharged tune to the car, so if it adds extra wear and tear to the car, it forgot to tell mine. Still my daily driver, too good to give up.
