That's the same situation I'm considering. Looking at one out of state. Was looking to make and agree on an offer, without making any legal commitment, then fly over and see if the car is what they said it is. Sounds like from your post and the others in this thread that I should find Jaguar certified garage in the city where the car is and see if they'll let them go over it.

 

Just freeing up space and funds for now, but who knows what the future holds.... I certainly enjoyed the XKR over the past few years...
