First thing to do with any electrical problem is to make sure your car battery is fully charged. A low battery can cause all sorts of problems.
Take it back to the dealer and tell them to scan each wheel sensor for remaining battery life. They may have sold you old sensors that were sitting on the shelf for years losing battery life.
There are three components in the TPMS system: (1) wheel sensors (transmitters); (2) TPMS receiver (antenna), and (3)TPMS Module.
Try this TPMS hack, you might get lucky. Do them in order of difficulty, easiest first, as detailed below: wheel sensors, TPMS Module, TPMS receiver.
Note that TPMS sensors need no programming.
1. Inflate all 4 tires to 42 lbs when cold.
2. Drive around for 15 -20 minutes to automatically recalibrate your TPMS wheel sensors.
3. Reduce the inflation to the pressures specified on the driver's door jamb.
Hopefully, that solved your problem. If not, the next thing to do is reset the TPMS module from the fuse box behind the center section of the rear seat. If that doesn't solve it, check the wiring at the TPMS receiver, which is behind the front bumper cover. See this old thread for details:

Oopsies, you forgot the initiators. The tennis racket things inside the wheel well liners.

I also have the TPMS cycling issue. Doesn't bother me much, since I manually check the tire weekly and I don't care about seeing the clock that much. I suspect I'll get around to fixing it some day, and at that time I'll be referring to this thread: https://www.jaguarforums.com/forum/x...rtible-261907/
