Hi all I知 new here I have a jaguar xk 5.0 v8 I知 wanting to put an xk gts front end on her but struggling to find somewhere who can do it mine is a 2011
The XKS-GT is made for the 2012 and newer only, unless you change the entire front end. Bumper, hood, fenders (wings), headlights and so on. Not a small nor inexpensive job at all, which will include some rewiring. Also WHERE would you get the GT parts? Jaguar will NOT sell you any if you aren't the registered owner of a GT, and if you could possibly, by using every possible effort manage to LOCATE any available, they would be outrageously expensive. You would have to go aftermarket, but again from where?
In the long run, it would probably be cheaper to BUY a GT for $150,000.
The GT has the same front end as the XKR-S. Several members here have done it but parts are very expensive and as CeeJay said, you値l need to revise the wiring harnesses and need custom interface modules for the headlamps.
However if you also want the carbon fibre aero the GT has, prepare to spend more than tens of thousands of dollars for just those pieces, if you can even find them.
The GT also has those funny little Dive Planes on the front. Probably carbon, and definitely pricey.
Yes, those are the carbon aero bits added to the R-S bumper cover. It痴 been a long time but just those pieces were over $30K, I think (dive planes, front splitter, rear diffuser and wing).
I figured that might be the case. I'm just looking to make the front look more growly as the bumper it has as standard just looks like a small mouth lol, Any suggestions would be welcomed

There are likely some aftermarket body kits that could provide a more aggressive look, if not exactly the same as the GT. Some creative vinyl work could also simulate some of the details.

Thank you for your help I'm just struggling to find places but will keep looking
There are several aftermarket vendors for Jaguars body kits. One is Arden out of Germany and you can go to their website. The other is a company called F/X Designs out of Chicago. I used the F/X Designs rear bumper/splitter on my car when I bought it about 10 years ago, and below is a picture of it. I did not like their front bumper treatment as much so I didn't purchase it. If you google F/X Designs Jaguar XKR, you will see pictures of their front bumper treatment, and maybe you'll like it. Make sure they're still in business. Finally, give Chris at Mina Galleries in Reseda, CA a call. I purchased my front splitter which is exactly the same as the one that came on the XKR175 and the speedpack. Additionally, I purchased the side skirt extensions that mimic the OEM ones from the XKR175 as well. Chris still has the ability to make lots of parts that no longer appear on his website. He has made at least 4 of the front splitters for me over the past ten years after I've destroyed them, and he might have some things you'd like as well. He's in the San Fernando Valley part of Los Angeles, and is knowledgeable and quite friendly.
Hey Jahummer! I sent you an email under the address p4ulandersonx****(as your PM inbox is full...) and I was asking some general questions. After seeing this picture/angle, I was curious about your front splitter from APR performance. The website didn't have an application for our Jaguar, so did you plug and play one of their premade splitters (I remember seeing somewhere that our front bumper shares the same width as +2015 Mustangs) or did you do a custom shape?

I contacted APR and they will make a one off for any application, just trace the area on a sheet of cardboard available at pack and ship stores, fold it up and ship it to them with description of splitter shape and dimensions. Lead time was 2 weeks for either their standard or their uprated honeycomb material.
I went with one for a Mustang as it was quite difficult to get dimensions for all of their splitters. Unlike most bumper covers which're shallow, the X150 is quite deep and more of a nose cone shape and that presented a challenge as most splitters were only 15-20" deep, I think. The result with mine is it falls short by a couple of inches at the wheel arch and so I've got a set of large genuine carbon winglets I intend to fit to cover that gap.
