Tweeter ring cracked?

On my 2008 XKR, my tweeter grill fell in. Turns out the inner part of the ring (the portion you can’t see behind the grill inside the inner trim cover that mounts to the door) had broken so my speaker was adrift. And the speaker is what holds the grill in place.
In your case, I wouldn’t be surprised if the crack you can see extends into this inner part as well. Sorry I don’t have pictures to share as wasn’t smart enough at the time to document my repair.
I was able to epoxy things back together as a new trim cover is $300. You can’t buy just the tweeter ring unfortunately. In removing the inner trim cover, I broke one of the mounting tabs but was able to epoxy it back on.
Warm the cover/trim ring with a hair dryer if you decide to remove it to reduce risk of breaking.

Had the same issue with my F pace and I believe they are the same size as the ones in our XKR 150

It's just a matter of getting into the CAD software then finding the right color of ABS to print it with. I could 3d scan the part if I had access to one. Short of that a detailed build description including measurements and I could form it from scratch.
The end result would probably be more that $50 worth of effort so you have to take that into consideration when it comes to that or just buying the piece. I do a lot of reconstruction of strange parts in order to keep my 18+ pinball machines running. Often something will break that there is not a readily available replacement for.

Problem with this trim ring is you can only buy it as part of the larger interior trim piece from Jaguar at $300.

Yes, one offs are expensive relative to mass production. Maybe others would be interested to come up with a viable price point for you. Interesting hobby with your pinball machines. I love analog!
